Which iPhone 11 do you have?
Settings › General › About shows the model name. Each one below takes its own screen, so the exact model matters when you call.

Battery: the most common 11 job now
Batteries wear out. A phone this age that dies at 30%, shuts down in the cold or in a hot car, or drops 20% while you check one app is the normal story for an 11 now — and it is usually a battery, not a reason to buy a new phone.
Settings › Battery › Battery Health & Charging gives a hint, but the counter test is what we go by. Battery jobs are quoted at the counter; we do not post a battery price on this site.

Screens: the base 11 is LCD, the Pros are OLED
The plain iPhone 11 uses an LCD. When it breaks you usually see cracked glass, a spreading black or purple blot, or a backlight that is on but shows nothing. The 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max use OLED, which fails differently: green or white lines, a black screen that still rings, or touch that stops in one strip.
Different panels, different parts — tell us which 11 you have, or just bring it in. iPhone screens are $80–$160 with tempered glass included; the exact figure for your model is quoted at the counter. On iPhone 11 and later, Settings › General › About › Parts and Service History can list a replaced display as “Unknown” if it is not a genuine Apple part. Apple says that does not affect using the phone, but it can affect trade-in value.

Lightning port: lint first, then the flex
The 11 family charges through Lightning. A lot of “my charger is broken” is lint packed at the back of the port so the cable cannot seat. Sometimes clearing it out is the fix, and we tell you if that is all it is.
If the contacts are worn or the port flex is damaged, the port gets replaced. On most iPhones that flex also carries the bottom microphone, so callers saying you sound muffled can be part of the same story.

Back glass and Face ID
On the 11 family the rear glass is bonded to the frame, so a shattered back is a bigger job than a screen. We look at it and tell you what it takes before anything starts.
Face ID lives in the notch. A screen replacement means carefully moving the parts at the earpiece from the old display to the new one. If the drop damaged that area, Face ID may not come back even with new glass, and we say so up front.

- Battery, charging port, back glass, and board work are quoted at the counter for the phone in your hand. Call or walk in for an exact quote.
- Screens, batteries, and charging ports are usually same-day when the part is here. Board work and water damage are slower. If we do not have the part, we do not start the job.
