What we see
If the picture is wrong, it is usually the display
People walk in from West Covina, Covina, Azusa, and Baldwin Park with the same three stories. The phone hit tile. The glass is a spiderweb but the touch still works. Or the glass looks fine and the image does not — lines, a black band, or a backlight that only lights half the panel.
The photo on this page is that first story: the glass is a spiderweb, the display is off the chassis, and the phone is still on Steven’s mat. We replace the display on current iPhones, and we replace Samsung screens too when that is the job on the counter.
We look at the model in your pocket, whether the frame is bent, and whether the phone also has a dead battery or a loose port.iPhone screens are $80–$160 with tempered glass included. Battery and board jobs are quoted at the counter. Call (909) 292-8295 or walk into 332 N Azusa Ave and we will tell you what we see.
How a screen job actually goes here
- 1. You walk in. Monday–Friday 10:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 3:00pm–7:00pm. Sunday closed. Parking lot in front of the shop, next to Leprechaun Liquor on the corner of Workman and Azusa.
- 2. We look first. Sometimes it is only the protector. Sometimes the glass is the whole problem. Sometimes the drop also cooked the board. We say which one it is before we open the phone.
- 3. Same-day when it is the panel. Display work is the daily stack on this bench. If the phone needs board repair instead, that is iPhone board repair in West Covina— still here, still not a mail-in box. How the visit runs: how a walk-in works.
Screens we will not pretend to price as a menu
